Lindsey’s approach to coaching centers her clients as the experts of their livedexperiences and honors their agency in making positive changes in their lives. Throughempowerment-driven and strength-based methods, Lindsey aims to guide clients in buildingtrust in their decision-making capabilities and supports individuals in identifying and truly livingwithin their values. She is enamored with the process of helping clients reach through theirinherent wisdom to grasp the success and alignment that has been waiting for them all along.

Lindsey holds a Master’s Degree from Appalachian State University and is deeplyconnected in the eating disorder and substance use recovery communities. She has over sixyears of experience providing clinical nutrition counseling and adjunct mental health supportservices to adolescents and young adults across the state of North Carolina. Lindsey has alsobeen involved with area nonprofits with a focus on increasing awareness, community, andadvocacy for those healing from eating disorders, substance use, and co-occurring mentalhealth diagnoses. Lindsey is committed to providing services that are identity-affirming andtrauma-informed and actively pursues the learning (and un-learning!) required to do so.

Lindsey enjoys spending time exploring methods of self-expression, including dance,painting, and nesting at home. She finds true joy in caring for her small zoo (so many furryfamily members!) and indoor and outdoor gardens. She values spending time with the peopleshe loves, including her beloved friends and spouse
