Through our clinically-informed, in-person coaching model, participants learn to identify their strengths, set achievable goals, discover interests & personal values and refine executive functioning skills that ultimately propel them toward successful and sustainable independence. Our coaches act as the arm of action beyond the therapist office or other related provider’s office as they practice skills, routines and habits with their coaches in real-time and in their own community. Accountability is paramount within the coaching dynamic as young adults work to integrate useful strategies which yield sustainable gains toward independence within the program and beyond.
Our outcomes show that relationally-based coaching can often be the catalyst allowing for a breakthrough when other systems have been met with initial and/or patterned resistance.
