Originally from eastern North Carolina, Andrea has lived all over the U.S. driven by her love for music, outdoor sports and a spirit of adventure. She currently lives in Asheville, NC, is a devoted yogi-both teacher and student, a stand up paddle board guide and an avid movement practitioner.
Andrea has been instrumental in North Carolina and other states in shifting from a disease model to one of fundamental resiliency and fully believes that each person carries the keys to their own best life design through intrinsic motivators and intuitive development.
