Nathan believes that a sound mind, body, and soul allows the individual to thrive. He has extensive
experience with young adults and teens in developing the habits, skills, and desire to strive and succeed
in their passions. Optimize your sleep, nutrition, and physical conditioning and the stressors of daily life
become manageable. Empower your mind and your pursuits can blossom. Invigorate your soul and
achieve all that life has to offer.
Nathan earned his B.S. in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He
continued his education at the University of Tennessee earning his M.S. in Sport Psychology and Motor
Behavior. He continues his path to ensure his own sound mind, body, and soul through mentoring and
coaching today’s youth; those who have all their lives ahead of them to pursuit their dreams.
