Jackie Luciani, CMHC

Jackie has several years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and families through mental health counseling, crisis support, education, and coaching. She began her career in the mental health field working directly with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Over time, her work expanded to include crisis intervention, community education, and program development. These experiences shaped her supportive, practical, and collaborative approach to coaching, with a focus on helping young people build confidence, develop coping skills, set meaningful goals, and feel more capable of navigating everyday challenges.
Jackie works with teens and young adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, unmotivated, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. Her coaching style is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented, using practical strategies such as goal setting, problem-solving, confidence building, identifying patterns, and breaking larger challenges into manageable steps. She focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, build healthy coping skills, and create realistic changes that feel sustainable.
Jackie has built a career centered on supporting others through mental health counseling, crisis intervention, education, and program development. She earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has accumulated extensive experience providing direct support to individuals navigating emotional and life challenges. Throughout her career, she has also developed and delivered mental health education, trained and supported helping professionals, and contributed to programs designed to make mental health resources more accessible. Jackie values continued learning and professional growth and brings that same mindset into her coaching—helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, exploring Long Island, and finding new activities and experiences to try. She loves being near the water, reading, spending time with her golden retriever, and making memories with her children. She also has a creative side and enjoys writing, design, and finding new ways to bring meaningful ideas to life.
