Aleshka has worked across several areas of private-pay mental health treatment and recovery services, including wilderness programs for teens and young adults, young-adult sober living homes, residential treatment centers, and, most recently, a program focused on helping neurodivergent young adults build independence. Throughout her career, she has supported countless young people and their families as they navigate the complex process of seeking treatment and choosing the program that best fits their needs. Her approach combines clear, transparent information with compassionate listening. By helping individuals and families hear and trust their own insights, she supports them in making thoughtful decisions and identifying a meaningful path forward.
Aleshka works with young adults and adults who are navigating transitions, building independence, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. She uses a strengths-based, practical, and highly individualized coaching approach to help clients clarify goals, strengthen executive functioning, improve emotional regulation, build confidence, and create sustainable routines. She has particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, while also working with clients facing challenges related to motivation, identity, relationships, resilience, and personal growth. Drawing on her background in Pilates and mind-body education, she helps clients develop greater self-awareness and translate insight into meaningful action.
Aleshka is a nationally certified comprehensive Pilates teacher with more than 20 years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, body awareness, and resilience. In her work as an admissions and outreach director for a young-adult transition program, she has supported individuals and families as they navigate complex decisions, identify appropriate resources, and create pathways toward greater independence. She is also the mother of four children and brings the perspective gained from balancing parenting, professional growth, and significant life transitions. After recovering from multiple serious injuries, she developed an even deeper understanding of perseverance, adaptability, and rebuilding trust in oneself. She values continued learning and has pursued education in movement, behavior, communication, and mind-body practices throughout her career.
Outside of work, Aleshka is an avid collector of houseplants and loves spending time in nature with her family and pets. She keeps a flock of backyard chickens and shares her home with a dog, two cats, and three teenagers. She plays the piano daily as a personal form of meditation and also enjoys painting, crafting, and creative projects of all kinds. A Pilates teacher for more than 20 years, she remains passionate about movement and has recently taken up slalom waterskiing, which has become one of her favorite warm-weather adventures.
