Emanuel Menasche

Emanuel is a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Clark University. Beyond credentials, he’s most proud of the sustained personal development work he’s undertaken – a decade of consistent, and often grueling somatic and relational work that has given him genuine insight into what creates lasting change. He has experienced firsthand what it takes to move from defensive patterns into grounded confidence, and how that can be used as the foundation to create an extraordinary life. These experiences inform his coaching.

Emanuel’s path into practice-oriented work emerged from a decade-long exploration of self-development, somatic healing, and an obsession with understanding what actually elicits genuine personal transformation. Since completing formal training in Core Energetics (a body-based healing modality) in 2024 he has been helping clients to get grounded and experience their authentic self. Emanuel has also been supporting clients as a personal trainer since 2022 — focusing primarily on foundational strength and flexibility. He is currently expanding his practice to include medicinal ketamine integration support and coaching work with young adults.

Emanuel coaches young adults in building embodied presence and grounded independence. His approach combines somatic awareness with practical, iterative, no-nonsense steps towards building confidence and success in the outer world. He helps clients feel into their excitement, authentic desire, and fears — and then turn this into small, concrete steps to actualize their vision.

Outside of his work, Emanuel practices Mixed Martial Arts (he’s still a white belt, but getting better), spends time with his partner and loved ones in NYC, and enjoys anime.
