

Ryan attended Drury University where he received a BA in Psychology. Ryan is currently working towards his certification as a Professional Coach (CPC) with I.P.E.C., Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Additionally, Ryan will receive Accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Fall 2026.
Ryan’s career spans a wide range of leadership and developmental roles, including College Coach, Camp Counselor, Executive Director, Vice President, and Operations Manager. His diverse background reflects a consistent commitment to helping others grow—personally, professionally, and emotionally.
Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, working with both youth and adults to support growth, resilience, and meaningful life change. In addition to his leadership experience, Ryan has served as a Wilderness Guide, Athletic coach, Certified Personal Trainer, teacher, and mentor. These roles have shaped his belief in experiential learning, personal accountability, and the power of stepping outside one’s comfort zone. Ryan is also the proud father of two young adults that are striving for excellence. He is a strong advocate for health and wellness and helped establish one of the first residential boarding schools focused exclusively on health and wellness in the Southeast in 2004.
Outside of work, you can find him watching his daughter play soccer or in the woods riding mountain bikes, hiking, fishing, or paddling. All things outdoors!
