

Rhiannon graduated with honors from Davis & Elkins College, with a BA in Psychology and Human Services, and a BA in English. She completed her MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, from Naropa University. She most recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Dance Movement Therapy, from Antioch University.
Rhiannon has worked as an Integrative Therapist for over twelve years. She’s worked the past 20 years in the Human Services Field offering child care, elder care, and for adults experiencing barriers to independence. She is a somatic embodiment practitioner, and a movement artist.
Rhiannon utilizes an indicative and trauma informed approach to engage in Motivational Interviewing techniques, somatic and transpersonal lenses to support skill building and to navigate building trust and rapport.
Some of Rhiannon’s favorite ways of spending her time have to do with moving her body and engaging in various embodiment and mindfulness practices. She is a dancer, choreographer, teacher,and movement artist. She enjoys time outside with her dog, in various capacities, and travel.. Over the past couple of years Rhiannon has enjoyed learning and taking Pilates. She enjoys the arts and all of its forms, the very much values experiencing and dancing to music. She values quality time spent with family and friends, and co-creating and collaboration with her community.
Rhiannon is humbled to have gotten the opportunity to become an Auntie! She’s proud of her personal and professional growth over her life time, and her capacity to alchemize and transmute her experiences. She believes that we are tasked, if we so choose, to dive into our depths, discover the pearls of wisdom that live there, and bring them to the light. She is honored to have had the opportunity to pursue higher education in a variety of ways, to have completed her Wilderness First Responder training and CPR / First Aid Training. She is ecstatic that her life has been filled with extracurricular activities that she has excelled at, from competing as a dancer, playing soccer, learning musical instruments, being engaged with outdoor recreation.
