Abigail Krieck

Abigail attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She worked as a direct care provider with older teens struggling with anxiety and depression, complex family dynamics, trauma, failure to launch, addiction, ASD and neurodivergency, and personality disorders. She enjoyed working with students to tackle what feels impossible with creative solutions that reignite their joy for life. She also spent time as an admission counselor to help young adults find treatment and what was right for them including those who were struggling to accept help. Abigail believes in psychoeducation as a form of empowerment to help remove barriers and learn coping skills. Her ultimate goal is to help clients find their passion and what makes them smile so that facing life's demands can feel less difficult.

In her personal life, Abigail loves to cook for her friends and family, go on adventures with her dogs, practice pottery and restore furniture. Abigail also volunteers with abused and surrendered horses to teach them basic boundaries and structure in the hopes they will become great candidates for equine therapy. She believes you can teach yourself anything as long as you're willing to get it wrong the first few hundred times. Abigail has achieved numerous academic and professional accolades, but is most proud of achieving joy, peace, and balance in her life.
