Mary Beth graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in Sociology. The education and experience Mary Beth has gained working as a coach has enabled her to identify and overcome her own executive functioning challenges. She has an innate ability to relate and connect with clients, and normalize obstacles they experience while reinforcing self-accountability.

Mary Beth has training as a life coach and executive function coach, and works to effectively identify and breakdown obstacles and barriers that prevent consistent success. She specializes in organization and time-management, positive reframing and habit building, active and empathetic listening, and building strong rapport and relationships with both clients and families. She maintains an approachable, humorous, and positive demeanor, and absolutely loves coaching and interacting with others.

Mary Beth is native to Atlanta, and enjoys being active outdoors, trying new restaurants, creative projects like painting or sewing, and spending time with loved ones. She also enjoys singing, making others laugh, and loves to cook. She has a twin brother, her favorite season is Fall, and she loves to watch and play sports. Mary Beth is in the process of creating a support group for young adult women living with executive function challenges in Atlanta. Her goal is to foster inclusivity, solidarity, and normalize neurodiversity experiences.
