Stacy holds a Masters of Education in School Guidance Counseling from Ottawa University and a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona. Her experience includes serving as Director of Middle School at The John Crosland School, Head of School at The Epiphany School of Charlotte, as well as a school counselor and teacher.
Stacy is a certified professional life coach that specializes in teaching executive functioning skills, ADHD management, and mindfulness to teens, young adults, and professionals. Her areas of focus include time management, creating personalized organizational systems, short and long-term goal setting, self-advocacy, stress management, college and career readiness, life transitions, and exploring the positives of neurodivergent brains.
In her spare time, Stacy enjoys yoga, reading, traveling, and spending time with her daughter and cat. She also coaches gymnastics when time allows. Stacy has worked hard to achieve a work life balance that allows her to live the life she mentors to her clients. Some of her greatest achievements were getting her Masters, running marathons, and becoming a mother.
