Brenna Young

M. Psy

Brenna attended the University of East London for her postgraduate and received a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Brenna’s professional journey reflects her passion for fostering growth and meaningful connections. She began her career in a call center, excelling as both a customer service agent and trainer. This role honed her ability to create positive experiences, mentor individuals and teams, and build authentic relationships. Following this, Brenna spent a year at a treatment center for teenage girls, where she cultivated compassionate accountability and deepened her expertise in supporting neurodiverse populations. After earning her degree, Brenna taught at a preschool, where she employed her creativity and problem-solving skills by designing an inclusive and enriching curriculum that celebrated diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Over the past five years, Brenna has channeled her experience and education into coaching, empowering others to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Brenna’s passion for helping others began in high school, where she discovered the power of small acts of kindness to create meaningful connections. A simple question—“What’s the best thing that happened to you today?”—sparked conversations that brightened days and left an impact on others.

This inspired Brenna to study psychology in her undergraduate, where she gained valuable experience working alongside individuals with diverse needs and perspectives. This fueled her passion for understanding and supporting neurodiverse communities. This path brought her to London, where she fulfilled a lifelong dream of studying abroad and earned a master’s degree in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology. Brenna’s approach to coaching combines evidence-based practices with outside-the-box techniques to help clients overcome mental blocks, reframe challenges, and envision a clear path toward their goals. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to develop practical life skills, enhance their well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

When she’s not helping others shine, Brenna’s probably covered in dirt, paint, or dog hair—and loving every second of it. She adores cuddling up with her pups, soaking in their endless love and affection. In the garden, she digs into the dirt with enthusiasm, celebrating every new leaf sprouted. Brenna also enjoys getting creative (and probably in over her head) with spontaneous DIY projects or artsy endeavors and sprinkling in moments of silliness and laughter anywhere she can.

Brenna has had the opportunity to create impactful educational experiences and support diverse communities. She has spent many hours volunteering with neurodiverse populations. During college, she also volunteered as a research assistant for a published study. She has designed and taught a genealogy course, developed training programs for call center employees working with international markets, and created a curriculum for children to explore global cultures.
