Roi’Ana Johnson is a first-generation college graduate who attended National Louis University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services, serving on the student council, and as commencement speaker for her class in 2021. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Public Administration. 

Roi’Ana has dedicated her career to mentoring and empowering individuals of all ages. She has worked as a mentor, Behavioral Health Technician, Case Manager, and Education Coordinator, guiding youth and families through personal growth, emotional wellness, academic success, and career readiness. Combining her background in psychology and public administration with her passion for mentorship and community service, Roi’Ana now serves as a Certified Life Coach, helping clients build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful goals. Roi’Ana works with teens, young adults, and families seeking guidance in personal growth, emotional wellness, and life transitions. She specializes in mentorship, goal-setting, self-awareness, and empowerment coaching, helping clients navigate challenges, build confidence, and create actionable plans for success.

Her approach is rooted in healing and personal growth, addressing old wounds, nurturing the inner child, and helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves. Roi’Ana takes a holistic view that values both logic and emotion, guiding clients toward balance, self-awareness, and emotional freedom. She emphasizes healthy relationships, self-love, and personal growth, empowering clients to reach their highest potential and build fulfilling connections with themselves and others. Roi’Ana works with clients both individually and in group settings, providing tools and strategies for academic, social, and career readiness while fostering resilience, self-esteem, and long-term personal development. 

Roi’Ana has achieved significant milestones both professionally and personally. She is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Case Manager, and Certified Partner Abuse Prevention Facilitator, with extensive experience mentoring youth, coordinating educational programs, and providing behavioral health support. Roi’Ana has successfully guided 34 young people, including 13 from Hispanic backgrounds, through both individual and group sessions, creating personalized programs that promote emotional wellness, academic success, social development, and career readiness.

Outside of work, Roi’Ana is a passionate mentor, philanthropist, and community advocate, dedicated to giving back and creating opportunities for growth and empowerment. Her accomplishments reflect her commitment to fostering positive change, supporting individuals in achieving their goals, and building meaningful connections in both professional and personal spheres. Roi’Ana enjoys a wide variety of activities that keep her life balanced, adventurous, and meaningful. She loves spending time with her fur babies, exploring the outdoors through horseback riding, kayaking, nature walks, camping, and fishing, or staying active with skating, gym workouts, bowling, mini golf, go-karting, and laser tag.

Roi’Ana also enjoys creative and relaxing pursuits, including reading, journaling, prayer, meditation, painting, sip-and-paint events, visiting museums and art galleries, trying new restaurants, wine tasting, keeping up with beauty and fashion trends, listening to music, and watching her favorite TV shows and movies. She cherishes time with friends, giving back to her community, and embracing life’s adventures, always seeking joy, fun, and meaningful connections in everything she does.
