
Brad Adair
Brad grew up just outside of Burlington, Vermont. He received both his Master's degree in Health Promotion, and graduate certificate in clinical health coaching from the University of Delaware. Brad went on to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) in the Fall of 2020. He has continued to work as part of faculty research projects at the University of Delaware since having graduated. He continued to make his way South, however, eventually relocating to Western North Carolina.
Brad is passionate about taking a holistic approach to wellness and improving quality of life in his clients. He is able to utilize his knowledge of behavior change strategies and behavioral health theory in his daily practice. He has experience working with all age groups, as well as individuals with special needs.
In his free time, Brad enjoys any and all outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking, as well as playing sports such as soccer and tennis. You may also catch him attending a concert or scoping out a new coffee shop or restaurant. He is very excited to be coaching with LifeTutors!
